DELEGATE, established in 1996, provides assistance organizing business offices. Organizing leads to more efficiency, thus more productivity and profits. DELEGATE's services can be provided on a one-time basis or monthly basis. The key to DELEGATE's success is earning clients' trust, anticipating their needs and making workable suggestions that achieve more efficiency, thus more productivity and profits.
 Beth Colmar, owner of DELEGATE, has organized offices at Thrifty Rent-a-Car, Bixby Chamber of Commerce, All Souls Unitarian Church and many home offices. She has taught workshops and classes in organizing over a 9-year period for the Tulsa City-County Library employees, National Association of Women Business Owners, Pan American Round Table. Colmar has been an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College, University of Tulsa and taught for Jenks Community Education.
